On driver and software, the Macintosh OS is not supported exclude the Cutting Master 2 plug-in software. On software, it is run in the WOW64 mode when the 64-bits Windows OS is used. After all, this is a printer type device. It is hard to believe there is not a default driver which provides for basic communication. I ran msinfo32.exe and can see where XP knows exactly what is hanging off it's USB ports: Device: Wishblade Inc WB100-20 PNP Device ID: USBPRINT WISHBLADEINC.WB100-20 6&24D07603&0&USB002.
